Service Description

This services helps to build proper breathing, sports skills, and improve endurance, strength training in the areas of physical conditioning, fitness, softball, and running. Learning the importance of nutrition, fundamentals of softball, t-ball, and track, health, nutrition, wellness, and hydration. Monthly to three-month plans are offered Schedule a consultation to discuss how we can work together to take your daughters game and skills to the next level.


Cancellation Policy

No shows and after 10-Minutes sessions are canceled with a cancellation $80 fee for the session.
