Physical activity is a great way to have fun. Regular exercise has been shown to help stay active while also benefitting the mind and body. By offering duos, group, one-on-one fitness, nutritional coaching, and sports coaching I will help your daughter/s develop a healthy habit of regular exercise, build endurance, develop and improve softball, physical, and running skills.
