ABOUT LAJUNE SINGLETON
LaJune Singleton is a health and wellness coach. She has over 10 years of experience working with women in areas of obesity, chronic illnesses, mindset, nutrition, physical health, and injury recovery.
As a child, she always loved track & field, basketball, kickball and softball. The love of being active led her to become a certified personal trainer in 2010. Not too long after LaJune became a personal trainer, she sustained a serious injury in her right knee. Depression then set in because she was unable to be active or train clients. She experienced pre-obesity due to depression and emotional eating. LaJune also suffered from unaddressed grief and childhood trauma.
LaJune's personal journey helped her understand that losing weight is not just about exercising, but it is also about understanding the successful behaviors to maintain weight loss by addressing what keeps one from her lifestyle of amazing health. In 2018, she completed her certification in nutrition & healthy living. And in 2019, obtained a health & wellness coach certification. Now, having emerged to the other side and achieved her goals, LaJune wants to use her expertise to help you reach your desired long-term healthier YOU!
Her mission is helping you with the blockages and moving you toward improving your well-being, physical, emotional, nutritional, and overall health.
