I'm a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Nutritional Lifestyle Coach, and Personal Trainer with over 10 years of experience working with busy career women and girls in the areas of obesity, fitness, chronic illnesses, mindset, nutrition, physical health, and injury recovery.

As a child, I stayed active and was an athlete in track & field, basketball, kickball and softball. My love of being active led me to become an AFPA Certified Personal Trainer in 2010. Not long after becoming a personal trainer, I sustained a serious injury to my right knee. This injury proved to be a big challenge for me as it limited my ability to stay active and train clients. I became very depressed and found myself emotionally eating and before I knew it I was experiencing pre-obesity and was suffering from years of unaddressed grief and childhood trauma.  

My personal journey helped me understand that losing weight is not just about exercising, but it's also about understanding the successful behaviors that lead to maintaining weight loss by addressing what keeps a person from a lifestyle of amazing health. This understanding let me to obtain my Nutrition & Healthy Living Certification from Cornell University in 2018.  And in 2019, I obtained my certification as a Personal Health & Wellness Coach and am an AADP certified Health Coach.  Now, having transformed my mind and body to achieve my goals, I want to use my expertise to help you reach your desired long-term goal to BE A HEALTHIER YOU!
